1866 (2 December) Royal Decree n. 3397 which prescribes the new form of 20 cent postage stamps, and the time in which they will be issued.

"Having seen the Decree of 4 December 1864; On the proposal of our Minister for Public Works; We have decreed and decree:

Article 1

The shape of the 20 cent postage stamps is established according to the model annexed to this Decree

Article 2

The 20 cent stamps of the new form will be issued from the 1st of next year 1867
