Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied every time you purchase from us.
However, we are also aware that, at times, you may feel the need to return the items you purchased.
For this reason, please read our return policy carefully.
All lots are guaranteed as described.
Returns are accepted within 10 days of completing the transaction.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES ARE POSTAL COSTS DUE AS A REFUND.
The refund is made ONLY for the cost of the purchased item.
LOTS WITH EXPERT CERTIFICATE:
For lots purchased with an expert certificate, returns are accepted ONLY AND EXCLUSIVELY upon presentation of at least TWO NEGATIVE CERTIFICATIONS from two equally renowned Experts and/or philatelic experts.
Any refund will in any case concern ONLY AND ONLY the purchased item and NOT the shipping costs or the certifications produced by the buyer.

Shipping

We ship quickly with the best carriers worldwide. After you have made your payment, your order will be shipped within 7 business days, except for closures which will be communicated on the events noticeboard.
