Spc s.a.s. issues, signed by its owner Paolo Cardillo certificates of authenticity, warranty, and expertizing for all stamps of the Italian Area.

The fee is affordable for every budget:

Minimum rate for stamps:

€ 100,00 + return shipping costs for the expertizing, signature, and classification of the stamps, up to a maximum of 40 items, including verification of originality and, in the case of original items, basic cataloging.

Over 40 items € 2,50 per additional stamp.

Minimum rate for Postal History:

€ 100,00 + return shipping costs for the expertizing, signature, and classification of the stamps franking the document, up to a maximum of 20 documents, including verification of originality and, in the case of original items, basic cataloging.

Study of the postal rate or combinations, € 10,00 extra for each document examined.

All fees are due even in the case of non-original items or sets that have nevertheless been examined.

Additional services:

• Plating of the item € 5,00 additional per stamp.
• Specialist cataloging of the variety € 5,00 additional per stamp.
• Specialist cataloging of shades and color gradations € 5,00 per stamp.
  

Photographic certificates:

General information.

For stamps (or Postal History) of first choice the certificate is issued automatically for a catalog value over 2500,00 euros, and agreed for lower-value stamps according to the customer's needs.

For stamps (or Postal History) of second choice the certificate is agreed with the customer and issued only if the customer deems it necessary.

Prices:

• Certificates for items with a catalog value under € 5000,00: € 30,00 + VAT

• Certificates for items with a catalog value between € 5000,00 and € 7500,00: € 40,00 + VAT.

• Certificates for items with a catalog value between € 7500,00 and € 10000,00: € 50,00 + VAT

• Certificates for items with a catalog value over € 10000,00: 6 x 1000 of the catalog value + VAT.

• Certificates for defective items or covers: from € 30,00 to € 100,00 + VAT depending on the item.

Expertizing timeframes: by return post, always depending on the quantity of material entrusted and the workload at the time.

For colleagues, auction houses, and private clients needing certifications in quantity, discounts are available to be agreed case by case.
